Aaptiv Coach helps you maintain healthy habits. You can add healthy habits by:
- Going to the Today tab, click on the blue "+" button. Select "Habits", click on your preferred habits, then "Add". You are then given the opportunity to schedule which days you'd like those to appear on your schedule.
- To remove a habit, on the Today tab, click slider option in the upper right hand corner. Click "Edit Plan", locate habit to remove. Tap the 3 buttons, "delete". You can also move to a different day of the week as well.
