How do I modify which days of the week I want to work out?


You can modify your weekly plan - including what days of the week you’d like to work out - right within your Coach settings. While in Coach, click on the Calendar icon in the top right corner. From there, hit “edit preferences” and select the days that you would like to workout each week.

  • How do I turn the weekly plan off? When I go to edit my plan, it won't let me turn it off. I thought I could just "Edit Weekly Plan" and turn off each day, but it is forcing me to keep at least two days active.
