How do I log a non-Aaptiv workout?

With Aaptiv Coach you can keep tabs on all of your activities, including non-Aaptiv workouts. There's two ways to do this:

  • Manually: Go to the Coach tab, click on the "+" sign, and then select "log a non-Aaptiv workout." If you would like to log a non-Aaptiv workout for a previous day, just click on the day you'd like to add it to.
  • Automatically: If you are on IOS, download the latest version of the Aaptiv app, open the Apple Health app, go to sources tab, go to Aaptiv and make sure “enable Aaptiv to read” is turned on. Aaptiv Coach will then be able to add any workouts captured through Apple Health kit.

  • But how do you log it for yesterday? I tried adding my non-Aaptiv workouts and it happened to be after midnight so it logged it for that day instead of the day I was logging under. And it won't let me change the date!
