With Aaptiv Coach you can keep tabs on all of your activities, including non-Aaptiv workouts. There's two ways to do this:
- Manually: Go to the Coach tab, click on the "+" sign, and then select "log a non-Aaptiv workout." If you would like to log a non-Aaptiv workout for a previous day, just click on the day you'd like to add it to.
- Automatically: If you are on IOS, download the latest version of the Aaptiv app, open the Apple Health app, go to sources tab, go to Aaptiv and make sure “enable Aaptiv to read” is turned on. Aaptiv Coach will then be able to add any workouts captured through Apple Health kit.
