How do I edit my fitness profile?


Within the Coach tab, click the icon in the top right hand corner. From there, click "Edit Plan". Next, tap the blue "plus" icon in the lower right hand corner. From there you can tap "Training Plans" to edit your goal, "Workouts" to edit the types of workouts you would like to do, and "Habits" to change the habits you'd like to focus on.
