How do I unsubscribe from Aaptiv emails?

We love sending our members updates on workouts, trainers, and new features, but we understand email isn’t for everyone! If you’d like to unsubscribe from our mailing list, you can unsubscribe by tapping 'Opt Out' at the bottom of any Aaptiv email.
