  • Please cancel my subscription! I did not enjoy having no images with the program. I signed up on a Thursday and would like my subscription cancelled before I am charged for being under 48 hours. Thank you.

  • Why isn’t there a feature that works to cancel instead of having to post on here and hope someone sees it?

  • I would like to cancel my subscription and the automatic $99.00 charge added to my credit card. I signed up with the free trial and do not wish to purchase an actual membership. Please remove the $99.00 charge from my credit card.

  • I am appalled that this website locks you in with no notice and charges you £90 with no warning. They need to notify you in advance. It is hard to use, impossible to navigate and I have asked for confirmation my account is closed and for a refund.
    I await a response

  • I request cancellation in Apr 2018 and received an email from support@aaptiv.com that cancellation was processed and charge should not be posted and will be removed. The charge was never removed. The membership was cancelled. This year I got charged again. Apptiv owes me $200. Apptiv support can't even find matching record of the account and requested a lot of details and screenshots, although I provided Google Pay record and associated email.

Please cancel my membership, process refund and delete my account in such a way that I would never see any charges from Aaptiv. What a scam.
