How do I cancel my subscription?

If you signed up for Aaptiv through our website or with a discount:

Contact us at support@aaptiv.com to cancel your subscription. The request must be made at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date, as we do not issue refunds for requests that are made after you have been charged.

If you signed up for Aaptiv through your iTunes account:

On your iPhone,
1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
4. Tap Subscriptions > Aaptiv > Cancel Subscription.

* Note: if you do not see Aaptiv in your list of subscriptions, this means you signed up through the website and you must contact support@aaptiv.com to cancel.

If you signed up for Aaptiv through the Google Play Store:

On your Android phone,
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
3. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Tap Cancel.

* Note: if you do not see Aaptiv in your list of subscriptions, this means you signed up through the website and you must contact support@aaptiv.com to cancel.

  • Hi Olaide - Thanks for your feedback! We currently do not offer images or videos. Many of our Members have been asking for this, and I can assure that we are actively thinking about it. I can confirm that your subscription has been canceled, and you will not be charged. You're all set!

  • I ageee it is too hard to follow by hearing I would like to end my trial and cancel the subscription thank you

  • Sent an email to support@aaptiv.com requesting cancellation. Can you please confirm? Aaptiv has great potential but in it's present incarnation, it's an extremely disappointing user experience -- and I take 4 to 5 classes a week at my gym. There are free apps that are far better. Thanks.
