    Do you track actual pace and distance?  If so, how do I find this information?

    Actually, it does not. If I want this info, I run runkeeper or nike concurrently.

    Support for Adaptiv is very nice but hard to reach. They assured me that changes were happening to their product as it evolves. They are a newish company.

    Hi, I signed up for the seven day free trial, but every time I try to open a workout, it shows the screen requesting me to sign up for a free trial again. Has this happened to anyone else?

    How do I cancel my subscription I keep getting charged and I am certain I ended it in August

    I canceled my subscription but I keep getting charged.  It does not show up on my ios device. There is no subscription page on the website.  How do I check this and make sure it canceled and get a refund for the 4 extra months I have been charged?

    Videos won't play. Signed up for 30 day trial, everytime I try to play a video it asks me to subscribe. Then tells me I'm already subscribed.

    I signed up for a free trial, and when I went to cancel it I was given clear instructions to go through settings, Apple ID, subscriptions on my iPhone. When a I did that, there was not an option to cancel. In addition, the charges on my statement show “aaptiv” not Apple or iTunes which makes me believe the charge is coming directly from aaptiv. I tried to get this resolved a month ago and thought it was, but I am still being charged. I am don’t know what else to do. I need to determine exactly where the change is coming from, Aaptiv or Apple. Please help.

    Hi i just need the refund of my money of Rs.4651.96 being charged as i dont want to continue with. How do i get it as from aaptive support it lead me to the Apple ID where a dialogue box saying try again later appears again and again on submission of an request

    I finally got it resolved. I first contacted Apple and they confirmed it was not coming from them. If it were, the charge would be listed as "itunes". Mine was listed as Aaptiv. I then had to e-mail Aaptiv support and used some "firm" language. Someone responded saying they have cancelled it for me. Guess all it took was some persistence. 

    When you first send an email to Aaptiv Support, they will send an auto-reply with the apple id cancellation instructions. You have to respond to that one in order for a real person to reply back to you.

    Did your money was also deducted from your account and you get it refunded.

    Fortunately my payments were set up with my citi credit card. They are very good about issuing credits when I dispute a charge. I had to go back 3 months and dispute all the $9.99 charges and they were credited to my account. I did not go through Aaptiv and ask for a refund.
