What is the Readiness Score?

The Readiness Score measures your cardiovascular fitness on a workout-to-workout basis, compared to your Fitness Score, which is a longer-termed trend.  A value above the Fitness Score indicates you are recovered and handling your workouts well.  A value below the Fitness Score indicates you are possibly fatigued and would benefit from limiting the intensity or duration of your next workout or even having a rest day.
