What is the difference between the new Adaptive Training Plans and the current Aaptiv programs?


While the Adaptive Training Plans are also goal based, these new Adaptive plans actively adapt to help you meet your chosen objective.  This process takes into consideration a user's workout history, feedback and other user data to personalize training to help them meet their goal.


Aaptiv original plans are a collection of predetermined, goal-oriented workouts to best match the program focus, style or interest, for example: Get Stronger, Run Faster, Reduce Stress, Maternity.
